Senior Friendly Fitness provides fitness classes, wellness programs, and related services for seniors. Some programs are available at no cost through qualifying Medicare Advantage plans. Eligibility is determined by your insurance provider.

Medicare & Insurance

Senior Friendly Fitness, its instructors, and partner facilities are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in fitness activities. Participants are encouraged to communicate any health concerns to instructors.
